I have to admit that when I first heard Beyonce’s song, Run the World, I did not like it that much. I was thinking, “Beyonce is a little too old to be singing about girls running the world. I think that you should never call a song bad unless you have listened to it at least twice. That is why I decided to listen to this song again. I am glad that I did because now I totally love the song.

Not only is it very catchy, but I also like the fact that it has a positive message. There are very few songs today that actually have a positive message. This song is exactly what women need to hear today. Despite the fact that we are in the 21st century, men still feel as though they have the upper hand. Run the World tells women and young girls that they can do whatever they want.

I was once a huge Beyonce fan, but I stopped listening to her music after she released the “I am…Sasha Fierce album.”  After hearing  this amazing song,  for the second time, I am now a fan of this amazing singer again. This song is so upbeat that I listen to it while I am working out. It gives me the motivation that I need to push through the pain of the workout. I absolutely love it when I hear this song during my Zumba class.

The sheetmusic for this song was sampled from Pon de Floor, which was a single that was released in 2009. I am a big fan of originality and really do not like when artists sample. However, hearing this song changed my opinion on that. It is okay to sample as long as you add your own creativity to it.

Adele is one of my favorite singers of all time. She writes most of her songs herself and most of them came from her own experience which makes it something every girl can relate to. One of my favorites is the first song in her album 21 called Rolling in the deep. Musicians all over the world are doing covers of this song and would surely love to include this in their sheet collection.

Adele was constantly asked about the meaning behind this song since she wrote it herself. She mentioned that it was about a bad breakup and she wrote it a few hours after they broke up. She was supposed to write something about love but her colleague encouraged her to write something feisty. In the beginning the title was supposed to be called We Could Have Had It All, which would have sounded just like every other love song there is. So she adapted a UK slang called roll deep which means someone has your back all the time. That no matter what happens, there is going to be that person who will be there for you. Apparently this is not the case with her past relationship.

This song is really beautiful. In the beginning of the song the beat accelerates as Adele narrates how she is feeling at the moment after they break up. As it reaches the middle of the music sheet she belts out how the relationship would have ended if it had not ended. Towards the song, the phrase, now Im gonna wish you never had met me keeps playing alternately in the chorus.

The thing I love about this song is that while it reflects regret and pain on a broken relationship, it also shows that she would rather kick you out of the house than to beg you to stay. Well, the truth is, she did turn this pain into treasure as the song became a hit worldwide and widely searched for music sheet. Would you believe, her ex-boyfriend even demanded royalties after finding out that half of the songs in her album were inspired by him. Simply unbelievable.

Adele - Rolling In the Deep Sheet Music

Not only is Adele recognized as one of the most talented young artists of this generation, but her soothing and mature voice has made it easier for many people across music recognize her as an amazing lyricist as well.  Her song, Someone Like You, is a ballad compiled of may heartfelt and painful moments that are clearly heard in her voice and the way she sings it.

It is no doubt that the sheetmusic in this song is meant to be deep and profound and it is intended for the reader to listen to it I a soulful way.  The full sheet is composed of different ballads, all varying in the way she sets her voice to portray the notes that she hits.  I think the song is absolutely perfect in describing what it feels like losing someone that you love very much.  The feeling sort of overwhelms you and you do everything in your power to pretend that you are okay that the partner you once had is okay without you and possibly fond someone better.

I cannot imagine what may have caused her to sing such a deep song but speaking form personal experience, I can only imagine that the person she is singing about meant the absolute world to her.  After listening to it over and over the pain is still very present and every sequence of lyrics tells a story.  With every relationship it gets hard to move on.  As much as I, or anybody else for that matter, may try, it is not easy regardless of what anybody says.  You console yourself by saying that maybe there is someone better out there, but the amount of time that it takes to open yourself up to someone brad new does not seem worth the heartbreak after a while.  This sing, I find, expresses that perfectly.

Let me start off by saying that I am not a huge fan of Jennifer Lopez. I like her as an actress, but in my opinion, her singing is not all that good. I first heard On the Floor one night when I was leaving a Mexican restaurant. I was thinking to myself, “man that sounds catchy,” but at the time, I did not know who sang the song.

When I got home that night, I went on youtube and listened to the song again. I was surprised to found that J.Lo sang that song.  It is one of the few songs that I like by her.
I am not a person that spends a lot of time at night clubs and parties, but I do like party music. This song is definitely a party song. It is almost impossible to sit still while it is playing. I remember that night I was coming out the restaurant, I wanted to start dancing. The only reason that I did not dance was because there were people around and they would have thought that I was crazy.

The thing that I like most about this song is how it fuses together different elements of music such as Latin American and Techno. A lot of times when musicians try to blend different genres,  it does come out that good. However, this blend turned out great. The sheetmusic  of this song contains samples from other songs,  but the producers were very creative and added their own flavor to it. That showed that they have great talent.

I regularly listen to this song. It definitely gets my pick for one of the best songs of 2011. J.Lo had taken a long  hiatus from her career for personal reasons,   but this song proves that she has  longevity.

The song Stereo Hearts by Gym Class Heroes featuring Adman Levine is by far one of the year’s biggest hits. The praise that this song has garnered is well deserved for several reasons. The first being the successful mash up of both rap and pop or pop/rock, it is this pleasant blend that makes this song and many others so wildly successful across genre lines.
I personally enjoy Adam Levine’s work with his band Maroon 5, as a longtime fan it is interesting to see him branch out from Maroon 5 to work on projects on his own. With his recent stint on The Voice it is clear that though he is branching out on his own, the signature style that has been in the works for years is not lost for the sake of profit. Though I generally stick to pop or rock music, this mash up has opened many doors for me musically speaking.
Generally when two artists collaborate it is two artists that have similar musicality and appeal but this collaboration works well in that it offers solid lyrics and a chorus that compliments it wonderfully. The fact that the chorus so clearly mimics Maroon 5’s style makes it easy for fans of the band to really become a part of the song. I generally wait to pass judgment on a song until I hear the chorus and I think that this chorus really makes the song.
Lyrically the song is strong and has a clear, coherent message that uses music as a metaphor for love which in many cases is completely true. I believe that the subject matter helps make the song relatable and it is refreshing to hear a rapper talk about something other than what many mainstream rap songs center around. You can find the sheetmusic for this song quite easily which makes it an easy song to learn and the melody is easy to follow as well. Overall the song is enjoyable and has become a part of my playlist.

Like many children who were a product of the nineties I was once a staunch supporter of all things Britney Spears. As the years passed and I grew into my more sophisticated musical tastes I moved away from the pop star in favor of music that made me feel and look a bit cooler. Despite the fact that I no longer listen to her on a regular basis, there are times when I sneak to the computer and look up “Oops I Did it Again” just for the heck of it.
In her heyday Ms. Spears was by far one of the best young artists in her field but as the years piled on and the kids were born she lost a certain something. Two marriages, two children, and a mental breakdown later the Spears empire is making a valiant comeback effort and I have trouble saying that I hate it. “I Wanna Go” is not one of the best songs that I have heard lately but it is certainly a step in the right direction. Though the likelihood that millions of musicians will be frantically looking up the sheetmusic to learn the song is slim, the song does have some real aspects to commend.
With a catchy chorus and a nod to the whistling fad that is sweeping the music world, “Moves Like Jagger” just to mention one, Ms. Spear is certainly holding her own against the new incoming pop stars that threaten her throne. Personally it is not my favorite Spears jingle but it does have some of the sassy and snappy qualities that her earlier work embodied which makes it much easier for me to digest. Though much of the song is fluff and filler and she likely did not write it entirely on her own, the song is passable and I may not turn the channel when it comes on the radio.

In Rihanna’s “We found love,” the listener is treated to playful club beat with a carnival type background. The song fluctuates with the beat rising and falling in its intensity to reflect the effects of explicit drug usage, drinking and partying. The sheetmusic for this song rises and falls along with a love formed in the haze of drug addiction. The song illustrates the toxic relationships that can be formed and how hard it is to break free from those bonds formed in hopelessness. The lifestyle is presented as glamorous and exciting while the repetition of the word “hopeless” makes the careful listener understand the real meaning behind the singer’s words and actions. I feel this song serves as a warning of how easily it is to fall into this destitute state. It also shows the types of people you can find when you are at that level and that you can fall into a poisonous love. Her love is her drug in the song and she knows she must stop craving it.

Rihanna has a magical quality to all of her songs, always illustrating a multitude of messages in a single song. Her songs have a depth that listeners can tap into on a variety of level, from simple to complex. The song wholly enjoyable and is fantastic to dance and party to. Its upbeat tempo and repetition drags the listener into the song and allows them to lose themselves in the beat. Rihanna is consumed by her love and she knows that she must let go, but she struggles to release herself from the grasps of the lifestyle and the love that has her addicted to someone that is terrible for her.

I am moved by her ability to reach so deeply into her soul and reflect this level of personal vulnerability in a song. It is hard not to parallel this song to her relationship with Chris Brown and see it as an explanation to herself on how she allowed herself to fall so deep. She is mourning her decisions and trying to rationalize what has transpired, but also has a sense of awareness that breaking free was the right thing to do, despite the pain and loss she is feeling.

There are many wonderful songs out on the market today but my favorite is definitely 5 o clock by T-pain. I love the way his voice flows in the song. The girl who sings with him also does a wonderful job with her beautiful accent. The song makes me think about past relationships and brought back many memories. This song has a wonderful beat. It has just the right amount of hip hop and slow chorus as well.

This song makes me get inside the girls mind and feel what she is feeling. When the man is not home and is out in the club with other woman. She just wants him home in bed with her. T-pains voice gives me shivers. He gets the tone down perfectly and has a unique style that most artists do not these days. I would love to find the sheetmusic to this song to learn how to play on the piano someday. I like to turn on this song while I’m doing my hair and makeup in the morning. My boyfriend hates that I put it on repeat and sing along.

There are many other songs by T-pain that are great, but this one sure hits my heart strings. There is something about the lyrics that make my body tingle. There are many people who do not like hip hop music that would love this song. The girl singing with him has a unique and wonderful voice that just is music to my ears. This song is great for slow dancing as well as wanting to get your groove on. I even use my hair brush to sing with it while getting ready. I think this song will be popular for quite a while. I know I will listen to it more and more.

As I listen to sexy and I know it by lmfao I can’t help but laugh. It has such an upbeat tone that it just makes you want to get up and dance. The lyrics are hilarious and the music video is even greater. There are many people that I know that use this song as their workout mix. It is a great motivator for people who want to achieve their body goals.

This song makes me in a good mood and makes me crack a smile. Lmfao is a wonderful band that has came out with good songs that you can dance to.

The sheetmusic for this song would be fun to get. I really enjoy riding in the car and singing along to the lyrics as they play on the radio. I even have it on my IPod while I am at work. There are many people that think this song is inappropriate for children, but I think it is not. I like the lyrics and the beat is fun. I think children and adults would have fun getting their groove on to sexy and I know it. There are a lot of songs that have the word sexy in it, and some people are a little hesitant about listening to it.

I think that this band is confidant and wants people all over the world that listen to it to be confident as well. There are many people that are not happy with the way they look including me, and this song makes me feel sexy as the lyrics say. There are many good songs to work out to but this song is definitely my favorite. There are a lot of people that gives good reviews of this song and I am definitely joining their vote with a big yes!

Katy Perry is one of my favorite artists out these days. Her song the one that got away is my favorite one that she sings. This song really hits me straight to my heart. It makes me think about a past relationship that I let get away from me. She really expresses how she feels in this song and makes me feel like she is talking to me. I would love to get the sheetmusic to this song to learn how to play it on the piano. There are a lot of different songs that Katy Perry sings that gets to my soul. This one has a wonderful vibe and beat to it.

Her voice is remarkable and she has a very good sense of style with her lyrics. It seems like she really enjoys what she does and likes relating to fans through her songs. This song makes me think of my boyfriend I had when I was a teenager. It broke my heart when I let him go. This song makes me think of all the memories that we once shared together. Katy’s voice has just the right tune that makes your heart flutter. She has great talent that makes this song better because it is her that is singing the lyrics.

The one that got away can relate to many girls and woman that have lost relationships due to various reasons. I like how she talks about the memories she had and what reminds her of the one that got away. This song is great to listen to when you are feeling down or missing that special someone. It is not a sad sappy love song like many others that are out on the radio today. It has an upbeat style but is still very heartfelt as well.
